Hello! Welcome to eMarketingSilo. I'm Josh Woody, the Program Director. Although eMarketingSilo has only recently launched with a brand new application for both jobseekers and employers, this service is a culmination of many years of sourcing and recruiting work. Through a partnership with JobTarget, we are able to offer you the most extensive and complete career management and candidate sourcing tool available for the internet marketing community.
I've been a headhunter for 8 years and an internet marketing and ecommerce consultant for over 10yrs. I've placed many folks in exciting new positions who have gone on to be top performers for their employers (and subsequently earn their respective organizations a lot of money). Over the years, my team and I have built a very large database of people through cold calls, networking, and subscriptions to the largest databases in the country, encompassing tens of millions of people. It's not difficult to realize that we'll never place everybody we touch. Now, recruiters are often very protective of their network, and most are unwilling to let their top candidates slip into the hands of someone else without getting a fee for that resource. Well, that's about to change!
We are going to be transitioning our private database into public access via the eMarketingSilo portal. Many of our candidates value privacy. As a result, all our profiles will be anonymous. However, (and here's the great part), employers will be able to search and browse these profiles without paying an access fee! You'll only pay when a candidate you identify returns your inquiry with interest in your job opening. This is great for both candidates and employers. It tremendously opens up a candidate's exposure because not all employers pay the thousands of dollars to access the databases of the Big 3 job boards.... we've already made that investment for you :-).
