Is it time to jump ship? Recent data and headlines suggest folks are starting to explore and give serious attention to job opportunities with other employers (see Employees Jump Ship as Economy Improves). For the first time in 15 months, voluntary separations have outpaced layoffs and forced terminations. Many of these people are even leaving their current jobs without having anything else lined up. As mentioned in our last newsletter, we've seen a significant uptick in job postings from companies seeking online/digital marketing skills, as well as an increase in resume postings.
