Role Overview:
As an Account Executive (Performance Marketing) at Threepipe Reply, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client campaigns across retail media platforms, with a strong focus on Criteo and Citrus Ads. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of client campaigns across Criteo and Citrus Ads platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate integrated media strategies across retail, Amazon, and paid social platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Support day-to-day campaign monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure delivery against client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports and updates for both internal teams and clients.
- Support client communications to ensure questions are addressed promptly and information is consistently delivered to a high standard.
- Essential: Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of full-time professional experience in digital marketing, media, or a related sector.
- Hands-on experience with Criteo and Citrus Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, attribution models, and cross-channel campaign management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience interpreting and leveraging complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Proven organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in one or more major European languages (such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian) and willingness to travel as required are advantageous.
