Standards-based integration in the cloud leads to short project lead times and lower overall project costs. Comwrap Reply's services include consulting, experience design, and system integration.
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation projects leveraging the Salesforce tech stack across marketing, data, and technology domains. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, and clients to define business requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and practical experience in data-driven marketing or Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, looking to make an impact in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and technical data requirements.
- Support solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
- Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data activation projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, data dictionaries, and process maps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and coordinate UAT/QA testing stages.
- Facilitate workshops to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous project learning and best practice sharing within the team.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, data, or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of data flows, integration points, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
- Proven organisational and documentation skills, demonstrating attention to detail and structure.
- Experience working with or around Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, or data clean rooms is advantageous.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) are desirable.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data governance frameworks, as well as experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or Tealium CDPs and AI or automation tools in marketing and data operations is benefical.
