We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and digital analytics — and who wants to grow their career in a dynamic professional services environment.
The coordinator will support the firm’s digital presence by helping to manage and execute day-to-day content, campaigns, and analytics across social media, the firm’s website, and email communications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on firm social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.) in alignment with the firm’s voice and brand
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, news, and industry trends relevant to legal services
- Support the development and execution of digital campaigns promoting firm news, thought leadership, events, and community engagement
- Help maintain and update website content via the firm’s content management system (CMS)
- Assist with creation, formatting, and distribution of client alerts, newsletters, and event invitations using email marketing platforms
- Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to draft and edit content that is clear, professional, and accessible to target audiences
- Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns and provide insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and email metrics
- Coordinate digital content calendars and support strategic planning with the marketing team
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with legal industry standards across all platforms
- Stay current with best practices in digital marketing, legal communications, and content accessibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media; internships in a corporate, agency, or law firm setting are a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional social platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone and detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms is a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a bonus
- Interest in the legal industry or professional services marketing is preferred
