Are you passionate about employer branding, marketing and communications, and crafting meaningful candidate and user experiences? In this role you will support employer branding initiatives and marketing recruitment campaigns to position Swiss Re as an employer of choice in relevant talent markets.

About the Role

As our Branding and Marketing Student Support, you will contribute to employer branding campaigns that enhance our visibility, engagement, and conversion across key candidate touchpoints. Furthermore, you will support global employer branding initiatives with a focus on community management, operational excellence, and content management. You'll gain hands-on experience managing our presence on employer review platforms and social media channels, while also supporting internal processes to ensure a consistent and engaging employer brand.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support the employer branding team in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement a process to monitor and respond to employee reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor, Kununu, and Indeed.
• Assist in creating engaging social media posts and campaigns.
• Support engagement through external communities and forums.
• Contribute to website updates and content management on swissre.com/careers

Other Responsibilities
• Administrative and operational support of the Branding & Marketing business unit.

You will be part of the Branding team, within the Branding and Marketing business unit, dedicated to building a strong corporate and employer brand for Swiss Re.

We're looking for a curious and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You should be passionate about branding, communication, and creating engaging experiences for candidates.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools (e.g. Chat GPT, Copilot, MS Office)
• A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or a related area is a plus.

For Slovakia the base salary for this position is 7 EUR / gross / hour. Please note limited benefits apply to student roles.
