Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM), Full Arch workflows for Enterprise Solutions (DSO), is responsible for developing, expanding, and supporting our Full Arch workflow innovations and revenue growth exclusively within Dental Service Organizations across NAM. This role focuses entirely on the DSO business and does not support private practice. The BDM engages directly with national and multi-regional DSO leadership teams to drive adoption of Straumann Group's Full Arch portfolio, and support execution of enterprise-level initiatives that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Reporting to the Vice President Enterprise Solutions NAM, the BDM collaborates closely with Enterprise Solutions leadership, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Training & Education, and field-based digital teams to accelerate growth and ensure aligned execution across the broader organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enterprise-Level Digital Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead Full Arch business development activities exclusively within DSOs, driving adoption of Straumann Full Arch portfolio across national and multi-regional partner organizations.
- Engage DSO executive leadership to identify Full Arch workflow opportunities, evaluate organizational needs, and position Straumann Group as a strategic partner.
- Create reports and QBR content for executive leadership.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise customers, ensuring alignment from initial opportunity identification to successful implementation.
- Drive achievement of Full Arch KPIs across the Enterprise Solutions business.
- Full Arch workflow Expansion
- Assess maturity within targeted DSOs and recommend tailored strategies for adoption, expansion, and optimization of Full Arch workflows.
- Support enterprise-level onboarding and implementation of Full Arch workflows and solutions, ensuring continuity between sales, training, product, and customer experience teams.
- Partner with field sales leadership (DSS, STM, NEOD teams) to ensure consistent pipeline generation, coordinated account activity, and unified messaging for DSO partners.
- Develop and present strategies for converting and growing full arch DSO business to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
- Serve as the primary bridge between Enterprise Solutions and all internal Full Arch stakeholders including Mansfield operational and lab teams, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment across NAM.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and refine fleet-wide adoption campaigns, educational materials, and enterprise-focused programs.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and internal Training & Education to ensure DSO customers and internal teams are equipped with the tools, curriculum, and support needed to optimize Full Arch workflows.
- Business Development Strategy & Market Insights
- Develop enterprise-level business plans that support revenue growth, digital workflow penetration, and strategic account expansion.
- Monitor DSO industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving technological needs, sharing insights with leadership to shape future Full Arch roadmap decisions.
- Support the creation and rollout of strategic sales tools such as playbooks, workflow maps, decision frameworks, or Full Arch adoption programs customized for DSOs.
- Special Markets Integration
- Work closely with Enterprise Solutions leadership to ensure all Full Arch targets, initiatives, and rollout strategies are integrated into broader national DSO priorities.
- Support enterprise opportunities for Straumann, Neodent, and other Full Arch solutions.
- Customer Experience & Education
- Strengthening the Straumann Group Full Arch value proposition by collaborating with Customer Support, Technical Training, and Education teams.
- Ensure DSOs receive best-in-class onboarding experience and ongoing Full Arch support that promotes successful long-term adoption.
- Identify, cultivate, and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who reinforce Full Arch strategy and deliver education within DSO networks.
- Event, Program, and Initiative Support
- Represent Full Arch Solutions at key enterprise events, DSO leadership meetings, national sales meetings, trade shows, and strategic summits as needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise-specific Full Arch education programs and national initiatives that support Enterprise Solutions.

- Field-based role supporting DSO partnerships across NAM.
- Home office plus regular travel to partner headquarters, regional offices, training centers, and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Certified Dental Technician (CDT)
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital dental technology, medical device, business development, or enterprise-level sales with proven sales record and ability to grow and scale business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success navigating complex organizations, preferably within DSOs or Special Markets.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust with executive-level decision makers.
- High digital aptitude with the ability to learn and teach complex clinical and operational workflows.
- Ability to travel is approximately 40% based on business needs.
- Experience leading/managing teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to create and manage a budget.
- Strong understanding of DSO structures, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Ability to translate Full Arch solutions into clear business, clinical, and operational value for enterprise partners.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate various leadership levels within large organizations.

Annual base salary range: $124,110 $151,690 + $40,000 commission range at plan. The final base pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position. Vehicle reimbursement plus mileage is also provided.
