The Marketing Specialist, Senior is responsible for various projects related to the marketing and communications efforts of Atlas Van Lines and subsidiary companies. This role is responsible for marketing-related projects as assigned, communications, acting as a conduit of information between Atlas and its marketing partners, assisting in development of news stories and press releases, and the development of various sales and brand development programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing programs to enhance the Atlas brand, while evaluating the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns to drive profitable sales, foster brand growth, and increase customer loyalty across multiple business areas.
- Leverage both traditional and digital marketing strategies to optimize web properties for SEO and manage SEM/paid search campaigns on social media platforms and major search engines, aiming to generate leads and enhance online reputation management.
- Integrate promotional elements into marketing strategies and optimize communication channels to ensure that targeted messaging effectively reaches the intended audience.
- Provide design leadership and direction for collateral materials, web content, communications, and other visual media for Atlas companies. Work closely with outside marketing partners.
- Coordinate and manage corporate meetings, events, and trade shows to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Enforce brand marketing guidelines regarding trademarks, logos, and publications, and collaborate with partners and legal teams as needed to execute trademark licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure business objectives are being met
- Stay current on industry trends and provide actionable insights to adjust marketing tactics; identify strategic partnerships to build awareness & manage reputation.
- Review & synthesize data to make informed decisions about when and where to deploy marketing plans for effective overall ROI.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in developing and executing marketing programs, including traditional and digital strategies, design and visual communication, event coordination, and brand management, with a proven track record in driving brand growth and sales, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
- Proficiency in marketing software, web analytics tools, and design programs. Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platforms. Familiarity with Power Point, Excel, Canva, Adobe and HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven capability to measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
