In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our in-house product, the BlendVision series, an AI-powered video streaming platform designed for corporate use in both internal and external communications.
With the expansion of 5G, BlendVisions products, services, and technology are expected to be applied across various fields such as healthcare, education, and corporate training.
As we expand our sales team to accelerate product growth, your mission as a team leader will be to manage all sales activities and maximize our overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Blend Vision, set KPIs, and monitor performance (mainly through channel partners, with direct sales to certain clients as needed)
- Acquire new clients and propose solutions to existing clients
- Collaborate across departments to drive business growth (e.g., provide feedback for product improvements in coordination with the Product Team, plan and execute marketing initiatives with the Marketing team, enhance customer experience in cooperation with Customer Success and Support teams)
- Design and propose improvements to sales processes and business operations for expansion
- Oversee team management, including training, motivation, and hiring interviews for team members
- Within the same division, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team (responsible for lead generation), Product Support team (managing product PM tasks), and Business Operations team (handling contract-related support), enabling coordinated sales activities.
Requirements:
- Business-level proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and spoken communication
- Experience in B2B IT product solution sales or IT consulting
- Experience in team management
Nice to Have:
- Experience in video or music streaming services, or in the entertainment industry
- Experience or knowledge in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
