About the job Product Support Product Manager

Team Segment : Japan Office

This position is on the product team responsible for the 4P (Product/Price/Promotion/Place) of our in-house product, BlendVision AiM. You will work with the Japanese sales and marketing departments to provide sales promotion support and act as a bridge to communicate the needs of the Japanese market to the Taiwanese product development department.
Additionally, depending on the project, if the development of AI functions or systems is required in addition to the product rather than an existing SaaS product, you will accompany the client together with sales staff to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to domestic departments as a Product Specialist, and consolidate market needs and feature requests to share with the development team in Taiwan.
• Develop pricing strategies, including suggested retail prices, based on market trends and competitor pricing.
• Support webinars and exhibitions organized by the Marketing team by preparing and delivering product demos and presentations.
• Provide channel partners with technical information and case studies to support sales and promotional activities.
• Assess whether the product meets customer needs and requirements in sales opportunities. When SaaS products cannot fully meet the requirements, collaborate with sales representatives and the development team to propose customized solutions as part of a solution-based project.

Requirements:

• Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Corporate IT solution sales
  • Product marketing or product management
• Business-level English proficiency

Nice to Have:

• Experience in video or music streaming service business, or in the entertainment industry
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
