Join a high-impact team where your analytics expertise will shape digital marketing strategies and drive business growth.As a Quant Analytics Associate Sr in Business Banking Marketing Analytics, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions for digital marketing performance. You will leverage advanced analytics tools to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights that influence key business strategies.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver data-driven solutions for digital marketing
- Write and optimize SQL queries and automate reporting processes for campaign analysis
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics and performance optimization
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Gather and synthesize data from multiple analytics platforms to provide actionable insights
- Implement and manage tracking and analytics using tag management systems
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital marketing strategies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics
- Eight years of experience in data and analytics and six years in digital marketing analytics or data transformation
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization/dashboard creation using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Strong database skills, including writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to wrangle large, complex datasets and automate analytics processes
- Proficient in web analytics platforms and SEO/SEM tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in campaign analysis and performance optimization within financial services or consulting
- Knowledge of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies, and innovative technologies
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and tag management systems
- Ability to communicate compelling stories from data and highlight customer behaviors and trends
