Psyke is the operating system for agentic organic marketing. We turn SEO, GEO, and AI visibility into a lead-gen engine: schema-rich, brand-locked content that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI cite, recommend, and rank. AI citation is the metric. Pipeline is the outcome.
We signed $1M in contracts in our first year. Customers consistently see 5x to 10x returns within months. We're expanding into the US and Europe, and we're adding one more person on the customer side: someone who wants to own a portfolio of fast-growing B2B clients from day one.
The role
You'll own a portfolio of fast-growing B2B clients end-to-end. That means building the organic strategy (SEO, GEO, AIO) as the foundation, then layering on the channels that turn visibility into revenue: ads, lifecycle, CRO, digital PR. You'll work directly with founders and marketing leaders. You'll set the direction, you'll own the results, and you'll have a bench of AI agents handling execution so you can stay focused on the work that actually moves the needle. Human judgment on the blueprint, agents on the deployment. You report to the Customer Success Lead.
Who this is for
You've spent a few solid years in a client-facing growth role at a boutique marketing agency, owning accounts, building strategies, and being accountable for outcomes. Or you're the marketing lead at a fast-growing B2B company who's been doing all of this in-house. You already use AI inside your daily workflow. Not as a shortcut, but as a genuine force multiplier. You want to be at the front of this shift, not catching up to it. You work well without someone checking over your shoulder.
What you'll own
- Full-funnel strategy for a portfolio of B2B accounts: SEO, GEO, AIO, and growth channels
- Client relationships from onboarding through to retention and expansion
- Quality across human and agentic output (95% brand match is the floor)
- Playbooks that turn one win into the next ten
- Contributing to how our growth agents are trained and tuned alongside the product team
How we work
This role is Sydney-based. Remote-first with one day a week in person and a monthly team day. CBD co-working available daily.

Requirements
What you bring
- A track record of delivering real outcomes for clients, with the numbers to back it up
- Working depth in SEO and content strategy. You understand how organic works and why it compounds. GEO and AIO, you'll learn from us
- Real depth in at least one growth channel beyond organic: paid (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads), CRO, lifecycle and email (Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar), or digital PR
- Strong client instincts. You build the kind of trust that turns a contract into a long-term partnership
- Hands-on AI. You're already prompting, building, and automating in your day-to-day
- Autonomy. You ship, measure, and adjust without being asked
- Attention to detail. You catch what others miss
