Responsibilities
This position is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of all digital platforms that support effort related to customer service /sales with business units, territories, and disciplines within the NYBC Enterprise (BBD, CBC, IBR, NYBC, and RIBC). This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high quality, and scalable program administration for customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing platforms (such Salesforce). In addition, this position will also assist with design and data analytics support for our sales team and/or customers.
Candidates must be able to report to one of the following NYBCe locations :New York City, NY or Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities include:
Project Development for Operational and Business Strategy
- Develop, test and model campaigns and projects including business case documentation, analysis and execution of end-to-end processes for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage daily administration and support of NYBC’s Salesforce CRM database, including but not limited to: managing user profiles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations in SandBox function.
- Train new and existing users on optimal use of CRM database applications; keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Work with sales and marketing management (and end-users) to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and work flow triggers.
- Coordinate a range of Salesforce related activities including assessing customer needs, setup of business processes/workflows, developing functional requirements, application configuration/administration, test plan management,and post deployment support activities.
- Evaluates approaches for integration of Salesforce applications and other enterprise systems and applications and acts as a liaison with management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Designs, implements, and monitors the progress of initiatives and milestones to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.
Sharing Project Results, Tracking and Control
- Develop, create and execute customized reports and dashboards to accurately track sales activity and performance. Analyze trends to assess, refine and modify business process flows to optimize information and map successes.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are modeled, tested and developed into SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Coordination of Resources and Direct Support
- Coordinate, across departments, to integrate sales and marketing platforms. (Examples: Salesforce with Novatus (contract management program) or Salesforce with Definitive Healthcare or Salesforce with Timba Surveys)
- Works with vendors to automate methods of delivering data. Manages annual software maintenance agreements, tracks end-user and server software licenses, and performs server and end-user application installations and configuration.
- Leads change management planning and communication during transitions and upgrades that impact application users and visitors. Manages collaborations with colleagues to integrate business systems with web applications, gallery technologies, and websites.
- Any related special project duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or similar field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
2-5 years experience managing staff.
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Licensure
Salesforce certification required (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, etc.).
Knowledge:
SME Salesforce (Multi-component solutions, Salesforce Configurations, Connected apps, Handoff to other systems, Environment management, Deployments, etc.).
Understanding of Salesforce Licensing and ability to optimize licensing for the Enterprise.
Knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce 3rd party applications (OwnBackup, Imprivata (FairWarning), FormAssembly, Validity (DemandTools), Conga Contracts for Salesforce, RevCult, etc.).
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Visio).

Ability to engage with sales and marketing leaders to bring new concepts and leading-edge tools to the attention of management.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $104,000.00year to $140,000.00/year. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
