Role Overview
The Candidate Experience Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates that align to our long-term needs and values of the company. They will help define and create a strong employer brand by ensuring candidates have a positive experience through the interview, from candidacy through onboarding. This position can be based in our Atlanta or Cleveland office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Become a trusted partner with leadership to understand business and talent needs, recommend strategies for meeting goals and have a positive influence on hiring decisions. 
  • Build relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience and painting a picture of what it’s like to work at Search Discovery.
  • Proactively develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sources. Identify and screen candidates based on key skills, experience and job requirements. Manage strategy and implementation of technologies to support the process. 
  • Contribute to the maturity of our graduate hiring and development program including; establishing relationships with colleges, coordinating career fairs and networking/speaking engagements, develop programs and trainings to ensure a positive experience.
  • Contribute to our overall goal of creating a great team member experience by participating in a variety of people initiatives.

  • Develop relationships with leaders to understand hiring plans, roles, and needs. 
  • Build pipelines for roles key to the growth of our business.

What you need to have 

  • 4+ years experience recruiting technical consultants in professional services  (specifically, analytics, engineering, digital marketing, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruiting life-cycling, including sourcing candidates, developing relationships, and building pipelines.
  • Skilled in building new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
