Role Overview
As our Executive Support Specialist/ Operations Coordinator, you'll be the digital backbone of our operations, orchestrating everything from student communications to course management. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who thrives on organization and loves the intersection of outdoors and education.
Key Responsibilities
Course Management
Create and manage course documentation including rosters, web listings, and social media content
Track student progress in online modules
Coordinate pre-course communications through automated and personalized channels
Develop course guides and promotional materials
Process course completions and certificate distribution
Handle CME submissions
Monitor and follow up on incomplete online modules
Coordinate through various platforms (Mailchimp, Insightly CRM)
Maintain website content (WordPress)
Leverage AI tools for content creation and process optimization

Educational background or experience
Strong written communication skills
