Job Description
As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving lead generation efforts. This position requires a proactive individual who can balance multiple projects, adapt quickly, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and nurture potential leads through digital marketing channels.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Affiliate Relations: Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, providing support to optimize their performance and ensure alignment with our brand goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and create regular reports to track KPIs and suggest improvements.
Content Creation: Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials, including emails, social media content, and ads.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on projects and participate in team-building activities to foster a positive office culture.

Location: Glendale, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000, with monthly bonus payouts after 3 months and commission structure to be discussed during the interview.
