Emerson provides answers to storage challenges for the consumer, commercial healthcare, food service and industrial markets.
Company History
In 1968, ClosetMaid began distributing ventilated wire shelving in a small shop in Delray Beach, Florida. In 1970, the company moved to Ocala, Florida.
In August 1997, ClosetMaid was acquired solely as a division of Emerson. Emerson is engaged in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and selling of a myriad of products, including electric motors, industrial controls, power transmission equipment, power tools, hand tools, ladders, appliance controls and components, process control and instrumentation equipment, compressors, and environmental control systems for computers
