Performance Marketing Manager (PPC / Paid Social / Klaviyo)

High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

£47,000-£52,000 + Staff Discount + Flexible Hybrid Working + Career Progression + Growing Ecommerce Brand

Are you a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with strong PPC, Paid Social and Klaviyo experience, looking for an opportunity where you can directly influence customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth within a rapidly growing ecommerce business?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist ecommerce brands, where you'll take ownership of paid media and CRM performance across a highly engaged customer base. This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, executing campaigns themselves and using data to drive measurable commercial results.

In this role, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and retention activity across Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo and Shopify. You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve campaign performance, optimise customer journeys and identify new opportunities to increase revenue, customer lifetime value and return on advertising spend.

This role would suit a Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Marketing Manager, PPC Manager, Paid Media Manager or CRM Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience across paid acquisition and email marketing within a product-led ecommerce environment.

The Role

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns
• Own customer acquisition performance across multiple digital channels
• Develop and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns, automations and customer journeys
• Improve customer retention, repeat purchase rates and lifetime value
• Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Support Shopify ecommerce growth and customer journey optimisation
• Conduct testing and performance improvements across paid and CRM channels
• Work closely with leadership to support wider ecommerce growth initiatives

The Person

• Strong hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns
• Experience with Klaviyo and lifecycle email marketing
• Shopify ecommerce experience preferred
• Comfortable executing campaigns rather than managing agencies alone
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience within ecommerce, retail, DTC or consumer products
• Based within commuting distance of High Wycombe
